[Solved] Question - maximum party size randomly changes
As the title says my maximum party size lowers over time, i don't know why this happens.

answer: "your party size doesn't lower over time, but the number of heavy cavalry you have in your party affects it. Each heavy cavalry both takes up a unit slot and temporarily subtracts one from your max party size as well, so they effectively count as two units. "

You didnt loose or givve up control of castles or villages? They increase your party limit.

I know perfectly fine how castles/renown/title/charisma/leadership/.... affect your party size but in this mod mine just randomly drops with like 5-10 in a few ingame days and rarely increases again.

I thought my honor rating might have something to do with it but that doesn't seem to be the case, i also tried party morale but again no results.

I figured it out, your party size doesn't lower over time, but the number of heavy cavalry you have in your party affects it. Each heavy cavalry both takes up a unit slot and temporarily subtracts one from your max party size as well, so they effectively count as two units.

it's because you got the best troops of the game, to limit that if you get 1 he took 2 or 3 place of your party cause well they surely are op so an entire army
