Did you add the mod into your mod list?
My creatues don't spawn all across the maps, and instead like ARK's normal dinos, spawn in set biomes, and at set raritys so there not all over the place super common to find like you see in most other dino mods. I like to keep a balance and allow ARK's normal dinos to spawn. As is I may be toning back the Draco's spawn as he is becoming a little too common in the swamps.
I have to use this for draco
cheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/ExilesOTA/Dino/Dracovenator/Dracovenator_Character_BP.Dracovenator_Character_Bp'" 500 500 15 0 0
instead of
cheat SpawnDino "/Game/Mods/ExilesOTA/Dino/Dracovenator/Dracovenator_Character_BP.Dracovenator_Character_BP" 1 1 1 (What ever level)
