Lets have a play through :)
I feel like Sandra’s plight is the pivot of the story. Her agency was always undermined by the larger forces, first the megacorp, then the dragon, and finally the AI. Each took an increasing amount of her “self” away. The corporation degraded her economically, the dragon degraded her bodily, and finally the AI stripped her of even identity. There’s an interesting parallel to how cyberware is treated in the story.
Might be interesting to go back and see if the AI offers the player character their freedom as the dragon did after completing the final mission, to see how different they really are in the end.
I'm assuming for Cassanova you need to Talk to him about his Ex and why he's basically a robot
For Arya you just need to talk to her
And for Eddie it has something to do with Going Non-Lethal in your first leadership mission and/or Sparing the captive soldiers in Alpha Base
But how do you gain Argona or whatever her name is is loyalty? I'm not good with names and that's why I also called the guy Cassanova
You did a great job allowing people to roleplay characters and have the world react to that RP in believable ways (like being told you're human in spite of it all), an epilogue/time to enjoy the victory would just sweeten a great cake.
Thank you for both playing and posting. I'm now looking into reworking the endings now and possibly a few other changes as well.
The pacing seems to be a bit unbalanced, particularly if you complete all side objectives. You wind up a bit nyuen starved but tons of karma, and then suddenly have tons of both. The final mission is a total cakewalk, I didn't need a single medkit.
But most importantly, there is no closure with Sandra! I wanted the option to ask her to run away with me and get out of life in the shadows
You might want to go through it again and fix some typos/spelling errors like "LonseStar" instead of "LoneStar" or "you're cell door" instead of "Your cell door". ;)
