Enrico - Tech Note Summary - "I do not accept duplicates"
I purchased the item "Tech Note Summary" for 500,000 cats in Black Desert City and I'm trying to turn it in to Enrico in the Tech Scribe waystation for the promised +50 rep with that faction and all he says is "I do not accept duplicates"... I have 0 rep with the faction so it did not work. Is this a bug or is this just the game kicking me in the balls intentionally once again?

do import it resets the dialogs.

That seemed to work, that or just restarting the game I'm not sure because I started the game and then did that and now I have the +50 rep.
