limbs are edible. otherwise raw meat

Odd, my queen has both a limb and 20 raw meat in her inventory and won't eat any of it.

Also, none of my small army can eat prisoners of the allied faction, nor make their own prisoner poles to eat anyone (due to having no access to Building Materials early on).

So, I'm currently having to hunt animals to keep my non-queen members from dying from hunger while I watch my queen slowly die because she refuses to eat someone's arm that was chopped off...

She does however eat grubs (3nu), but it would take about 2 people gathering 24/7 to keep her fed on those.

why do not you build a campfire for meat?
They can not eat prisoners, you need to cut of the limbs. And Only the Banished Queen can eat limbs of vanilla races.

I hadn't thought of that because you said "raw meat", so I thought you meant they could eat raw meat.

She is eating the cooked meat, though.

Hi, after the first three deaths for the queen, I dealt with hunger and enemies, but the problem is the development of technology, all I could find was materials from the Cannibals , did anyone have any advice?
