As for the mod list? Are you sure? There is 157 of them...

I didn't know how else to post the list. There doesn't seem to be any issue with any of these mods, your mod and a new save game. Only the old save game doesn't seem to work.

New is fine.
Old is not working.

Thank you for your debug log and mod list.
Appearance clothes has no compatibility for added races by Humanoid Alien Races 2.0 (ex. Beast Man Tribes).
I'll deal with it.

The bug which the tab "Cloth" is not found in added races occurs regardless of new save game and old save game.

Now, I have released the version which is compatibily with added races by Humanoid Alien Races 2.0.
I checked the operation with Beast Man Tribes.
