Hiya! I am not understanding the larger effect of paired trinkets. When I pair them up the larger effect is constantly resisted, ie. from the tooltip: Overwhelming Knowledge is suppose to apply massive debuffs as well as the primary status effect (stun, bleed, etc).

When paired up it just gets consistently resisted.
