I think this is kind of "possible". The AI directly depend of the cpu wich directly mean :
Good processor = smart AI
Bad processor = dumb AI
So its mean that if you want to optimize the AI you have to optimize the cpu.
So yeah this is possible but only if you touch to the processor optimization.
(Note that this is how the AI works in most of the game so im still not sure if this is the same in gmod).
