Same issue. Mod runs fine on it's own...you can activate about 20 mods or so, of any nature, and then it stops working. The conflict doesn't seem to be related to any one specific mod, as I've tested it dozens of times with various combinations of other mods, and even just using straight cosmetic mods that change no other aspects of the game. It worked fine for me with over 700 mods loaded, right up until last month. I suspected it may be the last Highlander update, but I was able to replicate the malfunction without Highlander or dependent mods present.

Resolved my issue with a fresh install. I believe it may have been old files left over from uninstalling the reshade mod.
