AI won't upgrade or produce units
I've noticed that while playing the skirmish mode the AI (both friendly and enemy) fail to upgrade or produce any units. I've started the mod from both Steam and the Foc Launcher.

ex. started a land battle as CIS and AI partner produced no units besides the starting unit but the Republic AI produced an army and wiped us out.

ex.2 started a space battle as Republic starting at 60k credits and the CIS never one produced a unit nor did they upgrade their lv 1 space station. Meanwhile my partner AI sent an entire fleet.

Any idea what's causing this or how to fix?

Similar story here I've wanting to play land skirmish as Republic but the AI on the CIS refuse to make anything but B1s meanwhile my AI is producing a full force. Guess it's just a CIS thing? In space though CIS produced an entire fleet so IDK whats wrong with that for you.
