I know how to edit the unit caps for normal EAW and FOC, and I remember a few years ago getting RAW to run without the unit cap. I saw a suggestion about tweaking individual unit values to 0, but I can't find them in the XML file. Any help would be appreciated.

I looked for anoither disscussion about this and didn't see one, as per the usual, if there is one, just link me to it. Thanks!
