From Ashes
Im playing as the republic and I have 10 or so planets on from Ashes... I have not seen a place where I can build a research facility ... someone please help

+1. I'm lost as well. Cant seem to find a planet to upgrade tech level.

I just did it....you need to get to Alderaan or Cato Neimoidia. From what I see those are the two closest planets with the bonus to advance research. But good luck getting through all those fleets
with the tech 1 units..in the end I just did the land battle for Alderaan using Mace and Yoda.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I found it. So Beta galactose is right. Send dooko to do a comando raid of naboo (it took forever but he takes 0 damage). Build a droid works first, then you will have an option for a research center on naboo. From there it works like empire techs.
