This is NOT a RaW Issue, it is a Steam issue that has been affecting many games since the last client update.

I tried that but nothing, you mustn't be experiencing the problem caused by the client update then, from what i read, it appears that you've got a random chance that steam won't download mods from the workshop for a game.

Had same issue, its just downloading; checked downloads but it wasnt showing there, then I noticed that my network was using mb/sec. its a couple gig download so takes a few min. At least this was my issue and has been w every mod I have downloaded foe EaW

no, the problem i'm talking about is with steams recent client update, it affects the workshop in general, not any specific game, basically, you've got a random chance of comming across the bug, which can prevent steam from realising that it needs to download workshop content.

you have already realized that the download is invisible, I have noticed one thing at the end of the download I have executed the game and I have gone to options and when you enter you get a button that puts mods in and there are those that you have downloaded (subscribed)
