Mitsuno's Blueprint
I can't find any information on what it does. I manifested it from the Master's Desk, and left-clicked to use it. I just heard the "pop" sound effect and it disappeared, giving me nothing, teaching me nothing, and leaving me with many questions...

Just found it myself: It's in the tech console, under Head Slot after you activate the blueprint.

Any Idea of how to use scrolls? For example I have a cryogenics scroll that I have no idea how to use and also have no idea what it does. I have about a ton of other scrolls that I haven't used yet either but more concerned with scrolls like cryogenics or inferno.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is way late, but those scrolls are primarily for upgrading Affinities. There is one scroll per Affinity element.
