I am really enjoying the C.u.M. part of this mod. The only gripe I have is that I basically have 1-2 pawns that end up getting all my points via killing blows. I see that there is a community pool for points.

How do I go about transferring personal points to community pool(or outright earning them directly)?

I would like to have points to customize my less combat oriented pawns and need points. I know I can add new means for earning points and that seems neat, but playing on 500% threat and getting big raids is giving me more then enough points. I just need a way to transfer them around.
