The Khajit are NOT TALKING TO ME. They just stand there.
Just save and load once to fix, the 1.7 patch changed the way dialogue is triggered, and required an additional file. I've never been able to upload that specific file properly to the steam archive.. So sorry but just save once, and load that save. It does the trick

so do we have to have 1.7 or do we just save and load in the room that they are in.
Muppetpuppet  [utvecklare] 5 maj, 2014 @ 7:52

I saved and loaded in the room they were in, but they still won't talk to me (other NPC's wont talk either)
Muppetpuppet  [utvecklare] 17 jul, 2014 @ 14:05
you'll need to load that savegame.. offcourse ;)
Maru 17 jul, 2014 @ 14:11
Yes, I saved in the room, then I quit Skyrim and started it up again. I loaded the savegame but after that not a single NPC wants to speak to me including the Khajiit. Maybe some of my other mods are interfering?
Edit: On the forums it says that maybe the moonpath_questdata.esp and moonpath.esm are not installed or inactive. I looked in my Skyrim folder and couldn't find either of the files. Maybe this is the problem?

it seems you have installed both the nexus and steam versions, best is to install only one.. the nexus version (esm) also has a fix available as seperate download. but they should be in the skyrim/data dir
