there is a red hall that leads to a room and can you find the secret with in the secret?

there's a secret room that you can get to. Once you're in there you can find Gnome Chomsky

I found a room with a wood floor. The door is in a hidden alleyway. Is that it? Or is it the place in the top of the building?

I found a room with garage doors, and one of the doors has graffiti that looks like 3 metrocops, and blood on the floor.
if you press E while in front of the door, it would play a sound

You have to collect all Steam Cards of any game you want. Ex. if you collect all Portal 2 cards you will get Portal 2 emoticon.

I found a building with a cafe logo on it. If you go to the door and uses your use key on it, there will be a jumpscare. Just quit the session after being scared by it. Not telling what it is, though. Worth finding. By the way, where is the Red Hall? I can't find it.
