You have to collect all Steam Cards of any game you want. Ex. if you collect all Portal 2 cards you will get Portal 2 emoticon.

I found a building with a cafe logo on it. If you go to the door and uses your use key on it, there will be a jumpscare. Just quit the session after being scared by it. Not telling what it is, though. Worth finding. By the way, where is the Red Hall? I can't find it.
