2) it's very large and good for many different kinds of multiplayer

What spoopy easter eggs are there?

It's an extremely old map, from 2007 or so. It was a very well made map for its time, thus it became popular and it still is.

The creator is not dead. btw, its popular because its old, and a lot of people have seen this soo... thats why.

Although the buildings have no detailed textures on their faces which makes them look like a bunch of cubes, the map is very complete and orderly. Many maps are laid out strangely and just don't make sense when you're walking around.

It was the first large-scale map with urban environment and lots of open areas, as far as I remember.

It has the twin towers.
