Limb Stretching
I would like it if there as a way to increase the length of a limb such as an arm. I'm working on an animation and I want a character to reach for a far off object. I can increase the length of the arm, but the hand won't follow. Any existing method of getting this to happen or will it be a new feature in the future perhaps?

I've tried this, but it's making the entire ragdoll stretchy, which is not what I want. Even If I had to, I still can't find a way to extend the arm. Even I it can, I don't think it works for the ragdoll I'm using.
