cant detach bones
i can rotate bones, rescale them, but cant move the bone itself away from ragdoll
is this intentional or new update broke something?

did you apply ragdoll stretch before moving bones? it's a separate addon which should be on the workshop, that allows to reposition bones more or less freely on ragdolls
