Handheld torches

- Adds a torch that can be held in one hand, and can be placed at a smaller range than the matter manipulator (~10 blocks)
- Changes the bare-hands torch recipe into a handheld torch, and adds two recipes to change a handheld torch into a "real" torch and vice versa
- Placed torches will spawn handheld torches when broken
- The handheld torch shuts off when submerged
- It'll change your player's direction based on your aim when held in the primary slot (to not break stuff in the alt slot), and based on movement direction if held in the alt slot (for r e a l i s m)

The "placement preview" thingy is kind of broken, as in, it'll be green when there's no support to place the torch on, and when the cursor is right below something that blocks the upper part of the torch, but the usual placement rules still applies
