First it's not a prop..second, it's a Payday Loan place, nothing around it is supposed to have high value

Your picture doesnt match what is displayed in the game: its actually only long and thin whereas here your building front is fat like spread out. I presume as this grows in the game its ok as its a passing level one commercial but just as a prop it will lower the land value of anything trying to grow around it.
