@mikelarch WTF are you talking about? what's in the picture is 4 different buildings. anyone with common sense can see that. I don't know what you are talking about when you say "just as a prop it will lower the land value". First it's not a prop..second, it's a Payday Loan place, nothing around it is supposed to have high value

Your picture doesnt match what is displayed in the game: its actually only long and thin whereas here your building front is fat like spread out. I presume as this grows in the game its ok as its a passing level one commercial but just as a prop it will lower the land value of anything trying to grow around it.

Wow, excellent work! This looks exactly like the type of buildings I see in one of the depressed Chicago southside suburbs that I drive through to make some of my steel deliveries/and or pick-ups with my flatbed Big Truck.

@firewilley I probably will one day, but one day could be a year. I'm going on one year of making assets for the game, and there are still buildings that I originally planned to do that I haven't had time to get around to yet.

Can you make a Cinema? There dont seem to be any real good ones on the workshop, and with all the great shops you made for the Mall, Most Malls have a cinema, and I would love to see your version on a great Cinema.
