Adds missing layer statistics, such as dungeon lists and secondary regions, in an effort to improve cross-mod compatability. Builds off of the Missing Planetary Layer Fixer mod.

Note: This mod is a utility mod. While it doesn't make any significant changes to gameplay on its own, it provides the necessary framework for other, more interesting mods to function, such as these:

Note: As a purely-utility-focused mod that provides an expanded framework for other mods to build upon, it was given a very high negative priority of -9990, so that it'd hopefully be one of the very 1st mods to be loaded, with higher negative numbers reserved for bug-fixing mods. (For reference, Starbound's base-game assets have a priority of -9999, so that they could ideally be loaded before all others.)
