Recipe Adjustment: Campfire to Kitchen

Starting with the campfire is fine and all, but why should we have to keep a second crafting station for a limited list of recipes when we have the Kitchen Counter?

This mod adjusts all vanilla Campfire recipes to also be available in the various categories of the Kitchen Counter. This does not remove the necessity for the Campfire in other uses (such as crafting a furnace), it only removes the necessity of keeping a redundant crafting station in one's workshop/ship/colony/evil lair/what have you.

Yes, I posted this mod in the past, when Starbound first hit 1.0. The previous version was partially non-functional due to my limited knowledge of modding at the time. Now that I have learned more, I feel comfortable reposting the mod.
