描述
This mod lets you use up + direction to dash.

Simply press up + direction to dash. You can also hold it to dash automatically. Double tap does still work.
If you are in space you have to use double tap to dash.

ADDON: To completely disable double tap use this extension:
Better Dash Extension (really no more double tap)

This mod works with all the dash techs (Dash, Airdash, Sprint and Blinkdash).

This mod is probably not compatible with any other mod that changes the functionality of the dashes.

Works with Starbound 1.4

To those who want to rebind the dash. Open the lua file and find this line:
'if (args.moves["right"] or args.moves["left"]) and args.moves["up"] then'
Afterwards, substitute the up with one of the following:
>left
>right
>down
>run
>jump
>primaryFire
>altFire
>special

thank you for posting this. my keyboard was failing and pressing keys twice for one press so this makes it so i dont dash into a lava pool or something

This is one of the few things that Starbound has over Terraria.

I feel I must correct myself, the first dash tech that you get in Frackin' Universe does not work with this mod.The actual dash tech still works just fine.

i'm having Trouble getting it to work, even with trying and rebinding w and it hasn't worked yet.
