This mod adds various buffs centered around Nowhereraki SWAT, CIA, and Ranger without disrupting overall balance, and without conflicting with other mods or vanilla. It enables unused equipment to be utilized and reduces power disparities between units, helping to create a more diverse gaming experience.

0. I've slightly increased the aiming speed of all machine guns to free them from heavy, unnecessary equipment. Each unit now has a specific doctrine that serves this purpose, and since the doctrine description states that the mode increases LMG aiming speed, it should be easy to find.

1. As you all know, Nowhereraki's AK-47 is practically a water gun. The 7.62x39mm M43 round is significantly weaker than even the base 5.56mm round, the weakest of the 5.56mm family. What if you use the MK318 SOST ammo? The MK18(the shortest rifle in this game) can deal up to 35 damage, but the AKM can only deal 24 damage. That's ridiculous.
This mod allows you to purchase the M67 round, which is about 30% stronger than the M43 round, with 3 BH. Don't worry. It's still considerably weaker than the 5.56 SOST round and has a slower rate of fire. Considering the gun's inherent performance and its sights, this update merely brings the AK to a reasonable level of choice beyond SMGs, shields, and Western weapons. The RPK, AKM, and Vulkan also benefit from this.
There is no need to worry that the enemy will grow stronger. *Not issued to Militia or Terrorists.*

2. Medals are hard to earn. That's why items purchasable with BH are mostly powerful. And here we have the G3 and HK23E, with their ambiguous performance and inability to even mount a scope. I added low tier optics to the allowed accessories for those weapons. I guess they welded it in garage.

3. The SWAT Leader is SWAT's sole sharpshooter. But when forming a silencer squad, he had no weapon to use. Is anyone opposed to equipping him with a VSS?

4. Your shield soldier can finally become a silent assassin. Until now, the only suppressed pistol available to shield soldiers was the M9. It's not a bad pistol, but SWAT units using the M9 suppressor were designed to suffer a significant penalty. Various stats decrease, and especially the accuracy drops significantly due to the setting that the sight blocks your aim. Rangers or CIA agents don't suffer these penalties so I created the HS-45 to be able to attach a suppressor. It's quiet because it uses subsonic rounds by default. It should be a good competitor to the UZI. Currently, it has the same capabilities as the version without the suppressor, but I plan to add a slight penalty later.

5. The Rifle Grade High-Cut helmet is added to SWAT and CIA with dedicated text. In this game, helmets that can't block rifle fire are worse than baseball caps—they're just dead weight. (In fact, even helmets that block rifle fire only prevent instant death with a very low chance; you still take full damage.)

6. The SWAT Assaulter could obtain ESAPI ballistic plates, but no matter what means they employed, they could not acquire ballistic plates to protect their sides. The SWAT leader enabled sharing of the Sapper armor he had unlocked. It was extremely heavy and cumbersome armor.

7. The SWAT militia becomes slightly more useful. Even in its base state, the militia was awkward to use and only deployed in special situations. Since other SWAT members received buffs, we're providing a few buffs to ensure the militia isn't completely left out.
- The SWAT militia will receive headgear. This should make the militia somewhat more useful on night maps.
- You can unlock additional SAPI plates for the SWAT militia to protect their rear. If you've already unlocked the Front SAPI Plate, you can unlock it with 2 Battle Honors.
- You can also issue AKMs and RPKs to the militia. Unlike the existing Stockless AK(Militia), the AKM(Militia) is designed as a rifle capable of accurate rapid fire. While the RPK(Militia) cannot mount the M67 or optics, its performance differs little from the assaulter's RPK. Suppressive fire is still possible.
- Militia Training doctrine is being slightly strengthened. Unlike before, you can now receive the aiming speed bonus even at the closest range, and overall, you will receive a greater aiming speed bonus than before.

8. M855A1 ammunition is also shared with SWAT. (Militias are excluded.) Nowhereraki regular forces have stolen a little of what the US military disposed of. Slightly better than standard M855 rounds, this ammunition will somewhat alleviate the despair of not being able to unlock anything for the 5.56 rifle. Of course, it can't compare to the MK318 SOST used by Rangers and the CIA.

9. Adds M855A1 ammunition to the M249 and LAMG. Applies to the 5.56 LMG carried by Rangers, CIA, and SWAT.

10. The SWAT Leader, who previously had to leave a slot empty due to a lack of items that could be equipped in the Gear slot, can now equip three types of grenade pouches and a breaching shotgun.

11. Provide hammers and bolt cutters to the SWAT Leader and militia.

Balance adjustments have been made for the 5.56mm round. However, since nerfs are included, they have been separated. If you desire a more reasonable balance, please consider this.
