Addon collection with tools used for converting maps to be compatible with the Team Elimination gamemode. The addition of the gamemode is merely for convenience purposes and still requires it's dependencies.

bind KEY "place_entity_here info_player_terrorist" (rebels)
bind KEY "place_entity_here info_player_counterterrorist" (combine)

If you make any mistakes, you can find mapentities_mapname.txt to tweak or empty the file.

You cannot store things in content/data, as it is access forbidden on publish. Instead, gamemode code can incorporate custom file writes to the DATA directory to support maps. There will be an "official" collection with gamemode support.
