Would it be possible to either change the collision or reduce the opening angle, because the doors can press against other grids and summon Clang. I'm using the small grid hatch as an entrance to a ship. It sits between retractable landing gear and when It opens, it displaces the landing gear pistons, which activates spin mode.
Given what they do, could you consider reducing the cost to the same as a normal conveyor cap plus a couple computers, motors, and maybe a small tube or two, and maybe a display for the "terminal" version? And then the 5x5 maybe costing somewhere around 2-3 times as much? That'd be rather more reasonable on both material cost and mass, in my opinion.
I noticed: when placing, the block gets rotated 180°. (yellow stripe on wrong side)
Well done! :)
