OICW for AR2 with better reload animation and retail hands

OICW from Coterminus with an animation where Gordon charges the gun. Just like in the 2002 E3 showcases.

Made the reload animation myself. It's synchronized to the retail npc AR2 reload sound, a leftover from when it was the OICW. Previously Gordon only replaced the magazine.

Sounds are all changed to the Beta ones.
The icon and name are also changed but it doesn't work for some reason?? Oh bother.

Update 1:
- fixed the mounted emplacement gun sound, kinda (the only way I got it to have sound is by setting it to the new oicw sounds, it seems to be some hardcoded issue)
