Make sure you're using build 42 of the game.
Enable the mod and apply the changes.
Go to Mods→Mod Order.
If the mod has been enabled correctly, a mod search field should appear at the top, and a new button for editing the sorting rules should appear on the right side of each mod.
If you want to manually change the load order, hover your cursor over the icon to the left of the mod's name and drag it to the desired location (this drag-and-drop feature is a feature of the game developers, not mine).
I didn't understand the question. My mod doesn't have any "slider" options. Please write your question in your own language if English isn't your native language. Also, try reading the Q&A section.

This shouldn't happen. If you have many mods enabled, there's likely a mod conflict. Unfortunately, I can't help you with the problem without an error message.
Try to detect the conflict yourself, for example, using a binary search.
The mod has been updated. Now all mods with the keyword "bugfix" in their name will be considered tweaks and will be placed above all others.
