作者大大，为什么我把这个mod加进东方红里面直接电力为负数了，厂子也没发建，是bug吗？

Literally makes the game unplayable. One month I have 1570 factors because I have negative 1000 resources of each type from trade, the next I have 2 factories and all the production efficiency build up is gone. How am I supposed to build any equipment?
