TileRegistry is a required module for North Sawyer Overhaul (NSO)

This addon is a library providing functionality that would otherwise need to be repeated for every addon that needs it.

Specifically it contains environment zones on each tile, allowing a script to locate the tiles without having to search for them (which can be very slow).
