The M1 Garand and Kar98K grenade launcher variants do not allow you to press E on the fired projectile to pick them up.
The BAR and MP44 do not play their animation (and move closer to your face) when switching firing modes.
The cone-of-fire when the MG42 and M1919 are deployed are 3x greater than in DODS.
