In a city where every square inch has become paranormal, an odd anomaly spreads through the untouched ends of its sewers... a strangely pristine pink acid has replaced the sewer water in this zone, and all sorts of snaking wires and loose cables dot this dungeon, home to the anomalous HXC-020.

If Twenny isn't currently in the match, she will spectate it through the various monitors around the stage! She will pick one of the fighters to follow, and go wherever they go- it's kind of like a Buddy for everyone! Twenny will cackle from the screen if anyone in the match is knocked out or parried, and something neat happens if everyone is at their last stocks!
