War Veterans (Updated Version)

For some reason, I wasn't able to update the previous version, so I made another mod.

There was a bug in the previous version such that accolades weren't getting as much experience as they should have.

Commanders and knights gain traits based on the number of times they were victorious in battle (5, 10, 20, and 50 wins).

1. 5 wins = War Veteran (prowess +1, martial +1, opinion from others with trait +5)
2. 10 wins = Battle-Hardened Veteran (prowess +3, martial +2, +5 opinion)
3. 20 wins = Distinguished War Veteran (prowess +6, martial + 4, monthly prestige = 0.01, +5 opinion)
4. 50 wins = Legendary War Hero (prowess +10, martial +8, monthly prestige = 0.01, monthly renown = 0.001, +5 opinion)

After winning 10 battles, there's a chance, depending on traits, that the commander/knight may start to either crave war or develop a sort of ptsd. This is represented by modifiers "Glad of War" (prowess +4, martial + 2, stress loss +0.2) and "Weary of War" (prowess - 4, martial -2, stress gain +0.2). The modifiers last one year.

If they still have the modifier and the above event fires again, then the modifier will be replaced by a permanent trait. Glad of War is replaced with Bloodthirsty (prowess + 2, martial +2, increase chance of dying in battle), while weary of war gets upgraded to Blood Sick (prowess - 2, martial -2, lower chance of dying in battle).
