The Rat King

Adds the Rat King, a unique agent with a focus on weakening settlements and causing chaos.

The Rat King, as his namesake implies, is able to command and control vermin. This is represented by the Infestations he creates and spreads.

The Infestation modifier grows over time, eating more and more of a settlement's food supply the higher its charge is. Additionally, it passively reduces the growth of any Plague Immunity that may be present.

The Rat King can consume the charge of an Infestation modifier to transform himself into an army, called the Rat King's Swarm. From there, you can make it grow stronger by consuming other Infestation modifiers.

If the Swarm is destroyed in battle or disbanded by you, you get the Rat King back as an agent. The trade-off, though is that he inherits some of the menace his army gained during whatever ramage you sent it on.

This mod was created as part of the official discord's first ever modjam. Is this perfectly balanced? Likely not. Was he fun to make? Absolutely.
