Descriere
This is a SWEP that doesn't really do anything its just a Model.. And well its two SWEPS, There is one with Handcuffs On the player, and one with the player holding handcuffs.
This is just for RP Servers, you would have to apply your own code to this to arrest players or whatever depending on what your using it for.

Its located under Weapons then under RP Items
