Adds a Uniforms group to the mobilization options and adds Field Works to Support Equipment. The new options get used by the AI as well.

Uniforms

Standard Dress
Standardized uniforms worn by military personnel. A sign of an organized military force and the base for other military dress.

Full Dress
An ornate uniform for distinguished members of the military to improve discipline and morale.
- requires Standard Dress
- unlocked by General Staff
- 0.5 luxury clothes input
- moral recovery +10%, chance logistics secured +50%

Battle Dress
A helmet and combat boots to protect our soldiers from bullets and mud.
- requires Standard Dress
- unlocked by Trench Works
- 0.5 iron, 0.5 rubber input
- defense +5, chance camouflaged +50%, chance mud -100% (still affected by terrain)

- 0.5 tools input
- defense +10% (removed from Field Works tech), chance dug in +100%
