It's a separate mod from my 3.12 version so that that version remains available.
I tried my best on the portrait per job front but the best I could do is make it stop causing logged errors lol. I think we are at the mercy of PDX building a solution for job specific portraits on the job view screen(3rd planet tab). On the second tab with the overview of all the pop groups and their # changes I think that'll just always be "random" in their strata.
Oh, but if you meant that you wanted pop_groups to kind of work on a similar way... It may take a while for me to figure out how to code them properly since, well, pop groups must share a singular portrait and they work multiple jobs. It will be done eventually but don't expect it soon. Maybe in a month or two.
