Updated the following original mod to be 3.12 compatible: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2941341800

Also added machine race option for it.

Should also be compatible with the original creators currently maintained "Imperial Races" mod which has a different Elven portrait set:

Actually cant even use this species because it constantly has the "game_started" flag
