Alright I got it fixed.
to put everything simply: the original model from the initial release from sfm was just chillin in my addons folder causing my game to not recognise the new version

Just want to let everyone know, yes, I am aware of the texture issues. This is because the addons I used for them got deleted. I just haven’t gotten round to it yet because
1) There are lots of models to deal with, both the Gmod and SFM versions
2) I have my own model projects that I’m working on. Not only that but I’m a University student focusing on coursework and my part-time job.
3) I’ve been sick recently with Laryngitis.

They will be dealt with, just please be patient and understand that my life isn’t 100% focused on modelling and Blender 24/7. I have my own life, you know.
