Alright I got it fixed.
to put everything simply: the original model from the initial release from sfm was just chillin in my addons folder causing my game to not recognise the new version

Just want to let everyone know, yes, I am aware of the texture issues. This is because the addons I used for them got deleted. I just haven’t gotten round to it yet because
1) There are lots of models to deal with, both the Gmod and SFM versions
2) I have my own model projects that I’m working on. Not only that but I’m a University student focusing on coursework and my part-time job.
3) I’ve been sick recently with Laryngitis.

They will be dealt with, just please be patient and understand that my life isn’t 100% focused on modelling and Blender 24/7. I have my own life, you know.

I think I know the problem. some one removed some of the required items from the workshop. idk the author of them but they get removed. this is not the only addon that got effected. trust me I checked, I feel bad for bothering but that is what I'm getting from this. cause there was a mass removal of addons a few days ago at least.

If they're going to keep making them to please their parasocial queen, could you at least make a pirate one? I need it for a project I've got planned.
