I will probably need to go line by line across the entire mod to ensure everything is properly set up to make sure nothing is sequence breaking, amongst all the rewrites for the dialogue itself (grammar, etc.)...
Hopefully it at least works for most of you who played this, as I do feel bad that a lot of people had issues. I may end up reverting to a much older version on the Changelogs if all else fails.
Let me know if you end up trying it out! It might be slightly buggy in certain parts, mainly because I pretty much pushed the limits of what I could do with the limited dialogue system. There's definitely *more* I could attempt, but I'll save that for the Sequel to this mod (a remake of the Shinobis Thieves system to make it more like the Elder Scrolls thieves guild, with multiple quests and a *final* heist type of thing, with another new Companion).
Though I guess using the start makes it easer to find the NPC sitting in the bar, since new players spawn in before the NPCs AI triggers. Excited to try this out
No, you can do the quest whenever you'd like. The New Game Start is just to be more "thematic" (and starts you in Admag). You can do the quest on any save, assuming you Import for existing saves. If you don't happen to find them the first time in Admag (they're at the bar, strolling around town, or will otherwise approach you, the Player, should he see you).
Lol yeah, he is *technically* a Drifter himself so he may have taken offense to that
There's always next playthrough
That's strange. I'll have to double check the triggers for their dialogues, although I think only 1 of his bodyguards technically has dialogue (you'll know the one lol). I can check when I return from traveling 🙏
