ACE's Map Size Reduction

Removes a lot of the map, that is Tibet, Khotan, India as well as parts of Africa.

Also removes most, if not all the characters from the removed areas (there might also be some minor collateral damage elsewhere).

Holy sites that are out of bounds are moved to Jerusalem and deactivated (makes the mod more compatible with updates/mods that makes changes to religions). DOES NOT DEACTIVATE OTHER HOLY SITES IN JERUSALEM.

Nonreformable religions are "reformed" on game start, so players can create their own offshots of those religions.
