Possible bug report. I think the file provinces.png might need to be fixed—the originally impassable areas around Cilicia and Antioch seem to be set incorrectly. Apologies if I'm mistaken.

@Ohboksu What happened was that a ruler of an out of bounds title decided they wanted to go on a pilgrimage. While first creating the mod I encountered many errors like this, although then it was often the reverse, holy sites being out of bounds. This is also why all the originally out of bounds holy sites have been moved to Jerusalem, since for some reason the AI likes to ponder pilgrimages to even deactivated holy sites.
