설명
WARNING: do not activate this mod if you started the campaign without it as faction who already has caravans or convoys! It will broke the caravan network

This mod adds the convoy system for all High Elf factions (but only major AI factions can send convoys)

Every Elven Colony increases rank for new Convoy Captains by 1
You can increase the convoy limit by 2: by some technology and by some landmark building

Compatible with SFO and Radious
Compatible with Caravans of the Old World

FAQ:
Q: Why convoys uses only gold and not influence for exchange?
A: Because influence is very old game mechanic and does not work with convoys

Q: How I suppose to fight with rogue pirates? They are too strong
A: There is the option in MCT to reduce their armies

Possible conflicts:
[GLF] Hero Expansion - convoys spawn without units

RU localisation
FR localisation by XII
CN localisation by Tutur

@t.horatio : I encountered the issue: Sea Helm's mounts are dlc locked (yes, even the eagle). And he is incompatible with older mounts - he just stand in T-pose. I'll see what I can do but It may take a long time.

Love this mod. Would be nice to have Sea Helms as Caravan lords. Seems thematic.

@bengsaigon : random? all major high elf faction ais has some pct chance to send a convoy every turn. Also 5 turns restriction works only for player, not for ai

The following mods cause a crash to the Database: twill_new_world_convoys.pack

The first invalid database record is
wh3_dlc24_effect_20_spell_mastery_hiddenenablewh3_dlc24_effect_20_spell_mastery_hidden in table effect_bonus_value_unit_ability_junctions_tables
and pack file twill_new_world_convoys.pack

The application will terminate now.
