描述

This mod is a continuation of the WH2 mod Old World Rites by Groove Wizard (formerly known as Vandy), bringing faction rites to all of the forgotten factions from WH1 (Empire, Bretonnia, Beastmen, Greenskins, Dwarfs, Warriors of Chaos, Norsca, Vampires and Wood Elves). This version includes a ton of changes to rite effects, costs and unlock conditions, bringing in new aspects introduced in WH3, new army abilities as well as completely new rites.

Mod Features

4 faction rites for all WH1 factions + Cathay and Daemons of Chaos (59 Rites in total)
unique rites for WoC LLs dedicated to a specific Chaos God + Norscan LLs + Gelt + Elspeth + Malakai / Ungrim
adds a vertical scrollbar to the rites panel (special thanks to Rhox for the script and xml)
should be save game compatible

Compatibility

Should be compatible with basically everything.

Modding Out Any Of The Rites

If you want to remove specific rites, see this thread for instructions. Let me know if you need help with that.

Notes

Though I have tested almost everything there might still be some things that don't work as intended, as there is a lot of content for a lot of factions, so something could've slipped through. Please report any bugs and balance concerns and help me improve the quality of the mod.

Submods

MCT support allows you to enable all rites by default, no need to fulfill the necessary unlock requirements! You can also disable the rite animations.

Groove Wizard for creating the original mod, helping with the port and allowing me to continue the legacy.
Drunk Flamingo for writing most of the scripts from the original mod, many of which are still in use here.
thesniperdevil for writing the script that causes vampiric corruption to spread through trade while the Intrigue rite is active.
Otisius for making the original mod thumbnail/main image.
Rhox for the script and xml of the vertical scroll bar.

Hello and greetings. Many thanks for mod, used it in many campaigns.
Any chance you can extend rites from WoC gods dedicated lords into monogods races? like sigvald rites into Nkari/Masque? Cheers

The "Rite of Dominance" won't unlock while I'm playing as Isabella von Carstein, despite having reached level 10 with her. I suspect it might be due to me using the "recruit defeated legendary lords" mod, too, which seemingly spawns in an unrecruitable level 1 Vlad von Carstein legendary lord, perpetually one turn away from being recruitable? If so - could this be fixed somehow?

@Stale Memes: No problem, steam sometimes does not want to update mods for some reason. Good idea regarding the troll ability!

@Ubermorgen You were right, un- / resubbing and verifying integrity fixed it. Must've been slow to update or something, apologies for the false alarm.
Are you planning to expand the "Dulled Senses" passive from the troll rite to the other types of troll Throgg can now recruit?

Crashes on launch.
"The first invalid database record is wh_main_ritual_nor_throggwh_dlc08_effect_force_stat_charge_bonus_pct_trolls_fimirs in table effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions_tables and pack file !uber_wh3_faction_rites_pack".
Hope this makes things easier for you.
