[WOTC] Use Free Actions with Momentum

Makes non-hostile free actions usable when soldiers only have Momentum, Implacable or other movement-only action points left.

Only applies to abilities that are visible on the action bar, non-hostile, do not have a cooldown, do not have charges and only have a free action point cost with no other costs, like CarryUnit or Interact_OpenDoor.

Some vanilla free actions already have the move action point allowed on them so this is just expanding that to more abilities and action point types.


More allowed action point types can be added.

You can convert abilities into free actions in the config to make this mod apply to them, like Knockout or PutDownUnit.

Or even force apply to any ability with an action point cost that would get skipped otherwise, like Overdrive.

Optionally you can remove action point costs entirely instead for specific abilities so they will work like Interact_MarkSupplyCrate or Revive.

Safe to add or remove at any time. Only modifies ability templates and will not affect save games.

Other mods changing ability costs should be fine if they did it properly. If you want to change abilities into free actions use this mod's config to do that for maximum compatibility.

Automatically applies to utility abilities from mods like LOS Preview Ability.
